General

Registration and payment

  • How do I sign up and pay to play pickleball?   Click JOIN/RENEW. This also can be found on the Home page.
  • What if I do not have a credit card?   Contact secretary.pcpb@icloud.com to assist you.
  • What if I do not have a computer or mobile phone and don’t have a buddy who has one that I can use?  Go to the membership table at the Pickleball courts or contact secretary.pcpb@icloud.com.
  • What do I do after I register?  Follow the instructions in the emails you get.  If you are still not sure of what to do ask a fellow player who has already registered or Go to the membership table at the Pickleball courts or contact secretary.pcpb@icloud.com.
  • How do I login to the website or the APP?  You use the same email and password to login to both.

Profile

  • My rating is not correct.  How do I get his fixed?  After checking the criteria under RR Ratings Explained, send an email to the secretary secretary.pcpb@icloud.com who will verify your rating.
  • I got a mobile phone after I signed up.  How do I update this information in my profile?  Updates are not required.  We got the information we needed.
  •  I have been playing for many years at Palm Creek and my profile says I started last year.  How do I update this information in my profile?  Updates are not required.  We got the information we needed.
  • I don’t see my rating in my profile in the APP.   This is a bug the tech team is working on.  You can see it on the website profile just click on your name at the top of the website.
  • My site number has changed.  How do I update this information in my profile?  Go to your profile.  Click EDIT.  Make your updates and click SAVE.

Round Robin playing

  • There are no sign up sheets on the boards.  How do I sign up to play?  Click here for the new process.  It is real simple.
